Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope, are recovering from compulsive eating and other eating disorders. The only requirement for OA membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.

In this meeting, we introduce OA and read and discuss the 12 steps of OA using The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous, 2nd. Edition book. Copies will be available for use in the meeting.

This is a confidential meeting of OA, limited to those who have a desire to stop eating.

OA is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement or ideology. We take no position on outside issues. All who have a desire to stop eating compulsively are welcome to join OA and are not excluded because of race, creed, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other attribute.
